Roofcast Official Promotion Rules

1. Overview

The Roofcast Beta Pilot Promotion (the “Promotion”) is an experimental promotional campaign organized by Roofcast B.V., a Dutch private limited liability company (besloten vennootschap), with a business address at Branderijstraat 55, 5223 AS ’s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands (“Roofcast,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The Promotion is designed to encourage participation in the Roofcast beta platform, collect product feedback, evaluate forecasting behavior, and foster constructive community engagement. Participation is completely free. These Official Promotion Rules (“Official Rules”) govern participation in the Promotion and supplement the Beta Pilot Program Terms and the General Terms of Service (collectively referred to as “the Terms of Use”). By participating in the Promotion you agree to be bound to, and comply with the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Any person who is suspended, restricted, or disqualified under the Terms of Use shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion. To the extent any provision of these Official Rules conflicts with the Beta Pilot Program Terms during the operation of the Beta Program, the Beta Pilot Program Terms shall control and prevail unless these Official Rules expressly provide otherwise with respect to a specific promotional reward, eligibility requirement, or reward-distribution procedure.

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, DEPOSIT OR FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.

2. Promotion Purpose

The purposes of the Promotion are (i) to test products, (ii) to conduct user research, meaning the study of how participants use the Platform and form forecasts, through usage data, surveys and feedback, (iii) Platform validation, (iv) community engagement, (v) educational purposes, and (vi) collecting product feedback. The Promotion does not facilitate gambling, wagering, securities trading, commodity trading, financial investing or any regulated financial activity.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Sunday, January 3, 2027 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. It consists of twelve (12) consecutive weekly competition periods, each beginning on Monday at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending on the following Sunday at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (each, a “Competition Week”).

4. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years old;
• Have a registered Roofcast account;
• Comply with the Roofcast Terms of Use;
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Access to the Platform is limited to Florida; participants who access the Platform from elsewhere, by any means, are not eligible to receive promotional rewards. Void outside Florida and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, founders, contractors, advisors and their immediate family members may use the Platform but are not eligible to receive promotional rewards. Roofcast reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any reward.

5. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE A PROMOTIONAL REWARD. Participation is entirely free, no deposits are accepted, no purchases are available, and no payment will increase your chances of receiving a promotional reward. Participation uses virtual currency only.

6. Virtual Currency

All forecasting activity is conducted exclusively using virtual currency. Virtual currency:

• has no monetary value;
• cannot be purchased;
• cannot be redeemed;
• cannot be withdrawn;
• cannot be exchanged for cryptocurrency;
• cannot be exchanged for fiat currency;
• does not represent any ownership interest.

Virtual currency exists solely to facilitate participation in the Roofcast beta platform.

7. Weekly Promotional Rewards

PROMOTIONAL REWARDS ARE OFFERED SOLELY IN CONNECTION WITH A LIMITED-DURATION BETA TESTING AND USER-FEEDBACK PROGRAM AND ARE NOT BASED ON THE PURCHASE, SALE, TRADING, SETTLEMENT, OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY FINANCIAL PRODUCT, COMMODITY INTEREST, EVENT CONTRACT, DERIVATIVE, SECURITY, OR INVESTMENT.

Each Competition Week, Roofcast intends to award the two promotional rewards described below (A and B). The total value of all promotional rewards available during the Promotion is USD $360 (twelve Competition Weeks at USD $30 each). The promotional rewards described in this section are offered under these Official Rules and, solely for purposes of this Promotion, expressly supersede the “Pilot Recognition Program” and “No Monetary Value” provisions of the Beta Pilot Program Terms to the extent those provisions state that no user is entitled to prizes or rewards by virtue of platform participation, forecasting performance, or leaderboard position. Promotional rewards are paid by Roofcast from its own funds and are not a redemption, conversion, or exchange of any virtual currency or virtual balance, which continue to have no monetary value.

A. Best Prediction Performance

One (1) winner per Competition Week · Reward: USD $20.

The Best Prediction Performance reward is a contest of forecasting skill. The winner is the eligible participant with the highest Weekly Performance, meaning the net gain or loss in virtual currency produced by the participant’s predictions during the Competition Week, as shown on the weekly leaderboard. Weekly Performance is the sum of (a) the result of every position closed during the Competition Week, whether sold or settled when its market resolved, and (b) the change in value of every position still open at the end of the Competition Week, valued at the market price at that moment. A position carried from one Competition Week into the next enters the new week at the value it had at the end of the previous one, so every change in value counts toward exactly one Competition Week. Weekly Performance results from the participant’s own forecasting decisions: which markets to enter, at what price, in what size, and when to exit. Forecasts that prove more accurate than the prevailing market estimate increase it; less accurate forecasts decrease it. Rankings are determined solely by this objective scoring metric, applied consistently to all eligible participants, and not by random selection. To qualify, a participant must have positions in at least three (3) different markets during the Competition Week, counting each market the participant traded in during the week or still held an open position in when the week ended; a market with several possible outcomes counts as one market. In the event of a tie, the winner is the tied participant with the greater amount of virtual currency invested during the Competition Week, meaning the value of the positions carried into the week plus the purchases made during it; if a tie remains, the participant with positions in the greater number of different markets during the Competition Week; if a tie still remains, the participant with the earlier account registration date. Standings shown while a Competition Week is in progress are provisional; the final standings are calculated when the week ends. Roofcast reserves the right to adjust rankings or invalidate results affected by technical errors, bugs or manipulation.

B. Random Active Participant

One (1) winner per Competition Week · Reward: USD $10.

One eligible participant will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible participants who took at least one (1) position on any market during the Competition Week. Taking a position is free and uses virtual currency only. A participant remains entered even if the position is later sold or closed. Limit: one (1) entry per person per Competition Week, regardless of the number of positions taken. Roofcast will conduct the drawing within three (3) days after the end of each Competition Week. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that Competition Week.

8. Winner Selection and Winner List

Roofcast reserves the right to verify eligibility and investigate fraud, abuse, manipulation, technical errors, or rule violations. Any disqualification shall be based on reasonable application of these Official Rules. All decisions made by Roofcast are final. For the names of winners, send a request to info@roofcast.com.

9. Reward Distribution

Promotional rewards may be distributed using PayPal or any reasonable payment method determined by Roofcast.

To receive a reward, a recipient must provide their full name, confirmation that they are a legal resident of Florida and at least eighteen (18) years old, and the email address of a PayPal account. Roofcast may request reasonable proof of residence before paying a reward. Failure to respond within fourteen (14) days after notification may result in forfeiture of the reward.

10. Taxes

Recipients are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations arising from receipt of a promotional reward. Roofcast is not responsible for providing tax advice or calculating tax liabilities.

11. Publicity

Unless prohibited by law, recipients of promotional rewards grant Roofcast permission to use their username, profile picture, country, prediction statistics and public comments relating to Roofcast for promotional, marketing and research purposes without additional compensation.

12. Disqualification

Roofcast may immediately disqualify any participant for:

• Multiple accounts;
• Artificial engagement;
• Automated participation;
• Use of bots;
• Market manipulation;
• Leaderboard manipulation;
• Abuse of bugs;
• Fraudulent activity;
• Harassment;
• Violations of the Terms of Use;
• Violations of these Official Rules.

Disqualified participants immediately forfeit eligibility for all promotional rewards.

13. Technical Issues

Roofcast is not responsible for:

• Internet interruptions;
• Hosting failures;
• Platform downtime;
• Software bugs;
• Blockchain interruptions;
• Corrupted submissions;
• Third-party service outages;
• Delayed communications.

Roofcast reserves the right to modify competition outcomes where technical issues materially affect the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.

14. Modification or Cancellation

Roofcast reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules; substitute, cancel, pause, suspend or terminate promotional rewards or the Promotion where reasonably necessary to preserve fairness, platform integrity or legal compliance.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROOFCAST, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, ADVISORS, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROMOTION, PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, WINNER SELECTION, REWARD DISTRIBUTION, TECHNICAL ISSUES, OR THESE OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES.

16. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ROOFCAST, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, ADVISORS, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROMOTION OR THESE OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$100), REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

In the event of any inconsistency between the liability limitations, damage exclusions, disclaimers, releases, or liability caps contained in these Official Rules and the Terms of Use or any other applicable terms, the provision that provides the greatest protection and the most extensive limitation of liability in favor of Roofcast shall govern and control to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Release

By participating, each participant releases and holds harmless Roofcast, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors and advisors from any claims, liabilities, losses or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any promotional reward, except where prohibited by applicable law.

18. Privacy

Personal information collected during the Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Roofcast Privacy Policy.

20. Acceptance and Incorporation by Reference

By participating in the Promotion, each participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound to these Official Promotion Rules, the Roofcast Terms of Use, including the Beta Pilot Program Terms and the General Terms of Service, as applicable, as well as the Roofcast Privacy Policy, which applies to the collection and processing of personal information in connection with the Promotion. Any violation of the aforementioned terms and policies may result in disqualification from the Promotion and/or cancellation of the Roofcast account, at Roofcast’s sole discretion.
